Co-founder
Ms Ahmad is a sociologist with 10 years of professional working experience in the field of women’s rights and gender-based violence in Afghanistan and fragile contexts. been involved in activist campaigns as well as research. She is a specialist in the mental health impacts of gender-based violence, empowerment of societies and women and the socio-political discourses of sexual violence during conflict, and have expertise in qualitative research methodologies. Ms Ahmad is a graduate of International Master in Peace, Conflict and Development Studies from Jaume I University of Castellon, Spain.
Raoof Modaqiq
Co-founder
Mr Modaqiq has more than 15 years of working experience in development cooperation, Private sector development, monitoring and evaluation, working in fragile context, project management, communication and public relations, and good governance with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GIZ GmbH, GFA Consulting Group, Afghan Evaluation Society, MSI and Future Brilliance. Modaqiq is graduate of development studies and Evaluation from Saarland University, Germany.
Rouzbeh Shure

Mr Shure has more than 20 years of working experience in Development Project in United Nations Development Program UNDP, Development Alternative International DAI, United States Aid and International Development USAID. Development Practitioners, a specialist in Program Management, Education and Business Development and evaluation.

Carl Norford Ulbricht
Expert
Mr Ulbricht is a seasoned consultant with 30 years of experience on development projects in the South Caucasus and Central Asia. He has conducted 17 evaluations and baseline surveys and studies, including in Afghanistan, where he has conducted two rural livelihoods and food security baseline surveys, as well as governance sector and value chain surveys. He has also worked extensively in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. He is familiar with a wide range of quantitative and qualitative methodological tools and is experienced in coaching survey teams, data analysis and report writing.
Masood Adrakhsh

Mr Adrakhsh is a graduate of politics and Security from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE Academy), and a BA in International Relations from the University of Afghanistan, Mr Adrakhsh has more than five years of professional experiences in the fields of research, communication, and project management. In addition, Mr Massoud works as a lecturer of International Conflict and Security at the University of Afghanistan.
